After seventeen years in the leisure and hospitality industry, LesleyAnne Wilkinson, the inspiration behind LA Beauty & Aesthetics, craved a new challenge in life so at the age of forty-two decided to embark on a career in beauty at ALD training college obtaining levels one and two in beauty therapy. From there LesleyAnne went on to gain levels three and four as an aesthetician at Gateshead college, finally finishing her continued training and education at Newcastle College University Centre where she gained levels five and six, an FDA and BA (hons) first class, in advanced skin techniques, qualifying her as an advanced aesthetic practitioner.
Following ten years as a mobile therapist, along with qualifying as a level three teacher working for private training companies teaching up and coming therapists around the country, LesleyAnne finally decided to hang up her steering wheel and establish her own clinic in the heart of Newcastle.
Continuing with her education LesleyAnne is now training to be a menopause mentor with the view to adding a menopause wellness clinic to the practice.
